This headset sounds great, but after only a few months of owning this headset and using it very little, the left side broke just below the bass impact module. Upon researching this issue I discovered that this is a known design flaw within the unit and Sony refuses to recall it. They will repair or replace the unit, but only if you put out more money to send it to them and you're left without it for however long it takes them to process the request. This is unfair to loyal Sony customers and gamers everywhere and I urge you to spread the word and prevent the sale of defective products. I've included two images of the damage taken from the front side of the headset. In one you can see where the left side has cracked completely. In the other, you can see the right side showing cracks from the stress of simply being worn while gaming.

Great Buy...Best Headset No Doubt

Bought this at GameStop yesterday...and this thing is amazing. Comes with a bluetooth dongle for the headset so you can plug the dongle into your pc and use the wireless headset that way...works with ps3 and ps4. I was able to use it for the xbox one as well but not wireless...had to use the jack right out of my speakers. But the sound is amazing...viritual surround sound is amazing...and the pulse is similar to the rumble feature on a controller, and it predicts collisions very well. Best headset out there right now in my opinion. I"ll be looking up updated versions for this product no doubt.

This is by far the best headset I have ever seen, it is absolutely perfect for the PS4 minus the old PS3 charging cable. It also duals as a kickass headset for playing your music with the Bass Impact. The mic is crystal clear and it's extremely comfortable for long hours of gameplay. Don't waste your money on another headset when you can have the Elite of them all.

Great Headset....breaks very easily

This is one of the greatest headsets I've ever got. Sadly though they break VERY easily. the plastic that holds on the ear wear are very weak, and since they keep on bending, no matter how careful you take care of it, there will be a crack forming on it, which will later break, for a price of $149.99, the quality is not good
