Got to play it a little!

Enemy Front is a gritty first-person shooter rich in action, combat and detail that takes players back to the carnage and chaos of WWII. In Enemy Front you take charge of their enemy platoons and try to fight the Germans back. This game has been regarded as a combat sandbox, by the developer, having the freedom of choices in how you fight back in your game play. What it does is give you the tools to either have a stealth approach or shooty one, with a shooter game, combining run and gun gameplay and/or dirty tricks-type stuff. So if you do like military shooters like CoD &/or BF & like the historic WW2 genre, with a pinch of World of Tanks added for spice, that's what you'll get here!

Review 3 for Enemy Front
I have not seen the game play for this game but by the looks of it i definetly DO NOT see this game as being a rivally towards CoD or BF. this game from what i've seen looks ok the graphics are ok ,and from the pictures it doesn't seem like the kind of game you'd get sucked into. to sum it up i wouldn't pre order this . CoD or BF are well worth the 65 bucks , this game isn't the type to spend 65 bucks on . this is the type of game you'd wait until it goes down to 20 bucks or 15 maybe, and then soon after return it after you pass it . Just my thoughts.
but this game will have to do a LOT to differentiate itself from the slew of WWII-era shooters that are already here. With such a rich history (Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Sniper Elite) of war games of that ilk it is difficult to foresee what this game can offer that those couldn't. I understand that the Cryengine is being used in this title, so the explosions and scenery will undoubtedly be very pretty, and early reveals have shown a shooter with a flexible approach (stealth vs. shock & awe); the release date has been moved to early 2013, so I guess we'll get a look sooner than later regarding multiplayer development and campaign insight. I just wonder if the niche it seeks to fill is actually there ...
