Great console I use it personally for emulating I know there is plenty of android games but i use it for emulating and its amazing being able to emulate on my tv with a controller instead of a keyboard on a monitor. I'v emulated nes,snes,n64,gamecube and ps1. Im looking into some sega emulators atm.

Who knows where the gaming industry will go. Who knows what the next generation will hold for gamers. One thing is for sure, though: gamers love games, and the Ouya has them in spades. There are a lot of retro-style games here, but there are a few launch titles that push the console to graphical heights I didn't think possible. Don't fret... there's something here for you regardless of your gaming tastes, and it's only going to get better. If your idea of a video game goes beyond Call of Duty and Madden, invest your $99. You won't be sorry.

i really have high hopes for this. i am a gamer and this console sucks really poor games its like playing atari, if you like to waste a 100$ then buy it. also the controls its like sticky bottoms and it lags from the controller to the tv.
Get a Wii Mini instead that is not 100$ down the toilet! get A Wii U to so you can play a Wii game while someone is using the Wii U.

I didn't know the Atari had a Tegra 3 Quad Core CPU, or could play games in 1080p HD, or was the size of a small cup, or supported online multiplayer, or had a trackpad on the controller, or had 180+ games for digital download with all free trials.

One required DRM? OUYA requires your credit card.

Now, the console and controller are both a great value. You can get play light games, browse the internet, use apps like Netflix, and soon have friends list, achievements etc. Now, for the real bad part. You need a credit card to play ANY game on the OUYA. ANY Game, even if it is entirely free. This is going to be a problem not only for younger gamers but older gamers who don't want to put their credit card information. Some people are even reporting purchases being made without their consent. They have said PayPal and prepaid cards will arrive in the future but until then, if inputting your credit card information is a problem, hold off on buying this console.

Use a Visa gift card

You can always get around the "required" credit card buy purchasing a Visa gift card, they look just like real credit cards to purchasing systems.
