I really enjoy playing my ps4. The picture quality on games are much better when compared to the ps3. The frame rate is also much better and runs a lot smoother. There is not a lot of games out right now but that will change soon. My only few complaints is I wish cod and battlefield were cross platform so I could play with my friends that have not up graded yet. I also wish they would have made an external hard drive capable being able to change the drive is nice a big external hard drive would be a lot easier. Also the full accidentally warranty offered through Sony through the PlayStation store is something you may want to check out. Also if you play for long periods think of getting an extra controller and a charging station the rubber grips for the thumb sticks may be something to think about to help protect the rubber on the thumb sticks.

Before the announcement of next gen consoles, I was a wholehearted Xbox fan, however after its announcement, the Xbox One made me want to cry. The PS4 on the other hand seemed slick, desirable, and awesome. And, after months of waiting for one to come my way... I am now a firm believer in Sony superiority! Graphics that blew me away, a controller that felt like it should have landed someone on the moon, and a game library that will keep me playing for ages, all made me feel good about blowing 400 bucks. The game library in particular had me the most excited. Series like Uncharted, The Last of US, GoW, Infamous, Killzone, and the newly announced The Order: 1886, make me feel all the better about buying a Playstation. Regarding performance, the Playstation 4 delivers! Games and applications run incredibly fast and smooth. Also, the ability to return to the home menu during a game and be able to return right were you were is awesome! Spending 400 dollars for a console as incredible as this one, is nothing, and would gladly do it again. The PS4 is by far the greatest gaming console I have ever bought and would recommend it to anyone.

I am beyond impressed with this system. It is what next gen gaming should be and more. I would suggest it to anyone.

So when the original xbox came out, I became a die hard xbox fan. I've had tons of the original and 360 consoles. Now when the ps4 and XB1 came out, I had heard that the ps4 was better for gaming. That meant I had some research and thinking to do. Well as most of you know, the ps4 is better. It's all in the facts. Plus, the dualshock 4? Come on! Best controller ever made. I have pretty bad carpal tunnel in both my wrists (I frame houses, and swing a hammer all day) and even though the dualshock 4 occasionally messes with my carpal tunnel, the xbox one controller really hurts my wrist and hands. So if you have carpal tunnel as bad as me, the dualshock 4 is way better. Plus if you have felt the XB1 controller, you've probably noticed the uncomfortable triggers. They stick out really high, forcing you to hold your fingers up instead of resting them on the triggers like the 360 controller. There is so many reasons why you should get the ps4. I have already convinced 10 (yes I said 10) friends to get a ps4 after telling them why and letting them play mine. PSN is cheaper than Xbox live, you can buy a brand new ps4, game, an extra controller or PS camera (whichever one you want) for as much as the xbox and one game. Another thing, the dualshock 4 is rechargeable, the xbox controller is the same price if you just get the regular controller, but the controller and recharge kit is close to 100$ !! There is many more reasons. To long to list. The XB1 is just to much money and doesn't compare to the ps4. Now that the ps4 is taking the market, and more people own the ps4, more people will be playing your favorite games online. The only bad thing I have to say about ps4 is that some games aren't coming out on this console, this is not Sonys fault though. This is the game developers fault. If they were smart, they would sell their game to the most sold game console as well. More money right!? I was very disappointed to hear that titanfall was only going to come out on the xbox one. It looks good. I am also a halo fan (only because I'm really good at halo online, been recruited by Microsoft and gamestop sponsored clans :] ) so that's a bummer. But get a ps4. You will not regret it!!!
the Wii U has more bang for your buck; Nintendo fans can trade in their old Wii at Gamestop when they get their wii U because Wii U has backwards compatibility. it also has 2 games and free online multiplayer! no Nintendo Network required for Online multiplayer! the Ps4 also didn't launch with any new game from past franchises. Nintendo smoked Sony lauch wise by launching the Wii U with New Super Mario Bros U the first original Mario Game availible at launch since 1996 (But Luigi's mansion 1 is still a good spinoff) The Wii U is gonna win because it's the least costly at the bunch and the Wii won the last round also because it had the most original controls. Nintendo is still making Sony eat their dust in the handheld race and now they can beat them again!
