I bought this headset as my first nice one for the Xbox One and since I first wore them i have been in love, until about a week or so ago when my first pair blew a speaker. i was still under warranty with Gamestop so i was able to get a new pair for free. Today I was watching a YouTube video on my console and my no more than a week old, $120 (when i bought them) headset, that has barley even been taken out of its case, blows another speaker... I am truly aggravated right now at the face that i have now dropped $120 on a headset that let me remind you, is the best headset i have ever owned when it comes to comfort, performance, and chat but obviously it lacks quality when it comes to how it is manufactured because i haven't dropped it once or listened to my games loud.

mic stopped working out of nowhere after a few months. now just a paperweight! another waste of money! too bad they were great till they weren't!

I am very pleased with this headset at a fair and affordable price ! I got my first turtle beach which was the x11, then moved on up to xp400, now these , if your looking for a good headset that simulates surround sound this is it . Keep in mind the adapter that comes with it will only work for this headset, and the headset is powered through the controller, which means when you disconnect it from controller it will not work .I hope this helps have a good one happy gaming

I went out and picked this headset up because I had owned Turtle Beach headsets in the past that I was very happy with. This particular set was in my possession for not even two full days before I noticed the problems.
For one, the left speaker broke and stopped producing sound on the second day, which made me return them.
Secondly they squeak SO LOUDLY that even my friend on the other end of the mic could hear the plastic's noises. This happened for virtually no reason at all, so don't think "I can live with it" lol
Third, you really feel their weight.. it starts to not only hurt the top of your head where it rests, but your ears start getting painful too.
Finally the sound quality is worse than the 65, and 90 dollar sets I have owned before. They are not even close to being worth their prices... and I wouldn't ever get them again.
I guess I should also add that you can't hear yourself speak when wearing them like even the cheaper sets allow, so you're constantly trying to figure out how loudly you're speaking. Very annoying.
