LET SEE I HAVE HAD THE AX720 THE X11 THE X41 AND X42 NEVER Astro THO I WILL NOT PAY 300 AND MAYBE MORE FOR A HEADST BUT IM WILLING TO BEAT THAT THIS HEADSET IS JUST AS GOOD AS ASTRO AND YES I THINK THAT THE XO SEVEN ARE THE BEST SO FAR THAT Turtle Beach HAS MADE SO FAR YES ITS Wireless LIKE THE ONLY WIRE IS TO THE XBOX ONE CONTROLLER THATS IT NO WIRE TO THE TV OR XBOX ONE JUST THE CONTROLLER AND Surround Sound YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE COMING UP ON YOU IN SHOTERS AND YOU CAN HEAR NO OUT SIDE NOISE AT ALL REALLY SO ITS JUST YOU AND YOUR GAMING I SAY IF YOU GOT A XBOX ONE THE YOU NEED TO GET THE Ear Force XO SEVEN TODAY HAPPY GAMING GAMERS

my wife got these for me as a gift on sale for 130. they sound amazing and are super comfortable. a must have for the x1. the only problem i have with them is that you cant hear youself talk in the headphones like other turtlebeach products and you have to talk pretty lound to here youself over the game but overall great sound super clear mic sound. i just took off the point for not being able to hear yourslelf

(I had the Tritton Warhead 7.1, but then was forced to switch because they weren't compatible with the Xbox One). This headset is absolutely amazing. Simple/easy set up. No extra cords or cables, just the one to your controller, which isn't even that noticeable. The sound is great for gaming, however, it sounds pretty muddy when it comes to the music side of the headset, which is kind of expected considering they were made more gaming than anything. It's not terrible, but it's the best I've ever heard, music wise. They're probably the most comfortable headset I've ever had. Light weight, soft cushions, and very durable. I highly recommend this for the casual gamer/heavy gamer on a budget.

This headset is a real step up from my afterglows and are much more comfortable than them. The sound quality is currently stereo but very crisp. Great headset.
