Never Had Any Issues With Mine

I'll be honest, I don't know why everyone else has had any problems with this charge kit. I bought it the day before I received my xbox. Since then, it has worked perfectly. Have been using the same two batteries since the original xbox one release date of Nov. 2013, and they STILL hold a good charge. I haven't noticed any drop in charge hold at all. There a 3 heavy gamers in my house, we all use the same two controllers, have afterglow headsets connected to em whenever we're online. No matter how long anyone of us have gamed, even with the headset connected, none of the batteries have died on us. Just the other day, by brother and I plowed through Rise of The Tomb Raider, over 9 hours, with the headset plugged into the contoller, and my battery held up just fine. Never died on me. And the cradle, I like this one over all the others, you set down the controller on it the same way you'd be setting down your controller on a surface, charging indicators are awesome. Powered up via its own plug so doesn't pull any power from the xbox and you can set it down just about anwyhere there's a plug. Just picked up a second xbox for the house and am about to buy another set of this. I don't know what issues everyone else has had, but this has worked perfectly for me. 10/10 easy.

Same Story as all the reviews - Junk!

Doesn't charge, or indicate anything as "advertised" on the box. Every one of these charging stations and batteries must be either defective or just junk. "Was $29.99 Now $19.99" Clearly reading the reviews and my personal experience, that's the reason for the price drop. GStop, remove this product from your inventory and stop wasting peoples time if customer satisfaction is important! Had I read the reviews. I would have steered clear, way clear.

The Perfect Solution.

I was totally surprised to see all the bad reviews when I pulled this product up on the web site (to order for a friend for Christmas).
I bought charger last year and I am nothing but impressed. I barley ever have to charge the batteries and when I do, the system charges fast.
When the pads need a charge I throw them on overnight and I don't have to put them back on the charger all week (I mostly play games and watch show in the evening, not during the day at all).
I could not be happier with the product.

doesn't work with Elite controller. I have to switch the batteries into a standard controller to charge. So, I can only charge one at a time. The battery life is only about 8 hours. Controller tends to disconnect from the console occasionally. I don't know if its because of the battery or not. I will NOT be buying anything from this manufacture (Nyko) again.
