It's cheap for a reason

Works for a week or two before giving you problems. Sometimes the charging dock will start blinking it's lights, takes a few remote cycling to get it to stop and cooperate, other times it just won't charge at all. Couple throws to the wall will do the trick.

Terrible at charging

Disappointed if you want to waste 15 mintues of your life just to get ONE controller to charge than this is the product for you and I mean ONE controller that's right a charging station for two controllers only has one working spot let's not forget they both deserve 15 mintues of there own time before they can even start being charged

I was seeking a duo charger to upgrade from my single charger so I saw this and purchased it without thinking twice. I thought I received a good bargain because it came with 2 batteries ( lithium I believe ) and the charger for 30 bucks. Don't get me wrong it caught my eye because it had the indicator lights, controller lights and it was very slick looking. I charged both my controllers and it charged real quick like 10 minutes and I was set. So the next day when I went to turn on my XBOX One the controller light kept flashing so I figured they lost its charge and put them back on the charger then when the indicator light was in green I tried again. What kept happening was the controllers and console kept loosing its connection. I had to re-sync the controller to the console everytime I wanted to use my XBOX One. SMH everytime. Beware.

Bought this item back when I first got my xone. Hate buying batteries. The first month it charged both controllers fine after that only one will charge on the base I have to switch controllers to the working side to charge both. Never had a problem with the 360 charger from this company but this one is a fail on many levels.
