I bought these a few months ago. I was expecting a decent headset. What I got was a "meh" headset that I now have issues with. Since I purchased these, I have people complaining that the quality of my mic drops randomly, or the volume drops randomly on my mic. I've tried on different games, different computers, even tried mobile, and still have the issue. The sound quality coming through isn't the best, either. It has so much so turned me off of this brand, and I will probably run these over with my car when I buy a new pair.

I received these for Christmas to replace my Turtle Beach Shadow headset which had cracked just above the earmuffs. I had been given these by a family member because they had steel bracings where my old ones cracked, which is entirely correct. What they DIDN'T have was everything else I liked about my old headset. They didn't have a attachment volume adjuster so that could control the various default audio options (mic sensitivity, mute/unmute, volume, chat volume, etc.). They didn't have voice feedback so I couldn't hear how loud my mic was and how loud I was being (to be courteous to those around me). They didn't have an external input for a phone so I could have my phone synced in if I wanted. It was just your standard headset (a mic and 2 speakers) that Microsoft could've made just with cushier earmuffs. These weren't even very comfortable compared to my old headset! I could always feel I was wearing them and my head kept getting hot from them insolating heat. Worst of all these were $80 compared to my old set that were only $40! I'm going to return these to get some other set that at least has what my old set has and looking now it'll probably be cheaper.

looking for head set very good sound not high or too low. i have large head but they fine and comfortable

Overall, the product is good, the only problem I have is that if I yell or am too loud, the mic will start popping and cut me out, so I have no idea what is up with that. Could be cables or something, I honestly have no idea but it is really annoying.
