This is Resistance?

Rating this game in the shadow of Resistance: Fall of Man, R2 falls well short of the expectations that I had. If the campaign of R1 was as captivating to you as it was for me, then you will be sorely disappointed by R2. The chimera have somehow mutated into wimps that, for some reason, die with one shot of a pistol and can withstand a full clip of the BAR. I AM A RESISTANCE ONE FOLLOWER HATE THIS GAME. Not only was the campaign a disappointment, but the graphics seemed to have taken a leap back into PS1 and PS2 ages. All in all, this game is not worth the money at all, just stick with R1 and CoD for online gameplay. The only positive thing I have to say is the online is a vast improvement over R1, but then again, R1 was not meant to excel in multiplayer gameplay.

This is a truely great game i loved most of it. The story is about nathan hale fighting the chimera in the U. S. of A. The story isn't that great because its not that deep into Nathan until the end. The gameplay is fun once you get to know the guns and how to use them which take a day and also the graphics aren't bad but they are not "OMG LOOK AT THAT" kinda graphics. The Multiplayer is the best part to me because of the large scale battle. CO-OP IS EVEN BETTER. Its not story mode but you get to look at it as side mission that never really get old because it adjust to ur skill lvl. All around, its a great deep and fun multiplayer. If the single player was as deep as the multiplayer then the game would be a 10/10 but its a 9/10 which is still pretty good.

If you enjoyed Resistance: Fall of man you will enjoy this game more. The only bad thing about this game is i beat it in about 3 days of only 2 hours a day of playing. The challenge isn't very good for most of the game. The only part I found challenging was the parts where you get about 100 of the chimera rushing at you at once. Weapons are definitely better than the first and gameplay and graphics are definitely better. The storyline isn't as good as the first but at the end it leaves you waiting for the third installment to see what happens to Hale. I wish the game would have had more levels, I guess my expectations were higher for this game. Overall this is a good game in campaign mode, I have yet to play it online but if it is half as good as the first it should be great.

I bought the game and played through the campaign mode in 2. This game makes you fight just to get to the check points. Every little gain and bonus that you acquire in this game you have to fight tooth and nail to get. Its left me looking forward to the third installment of the series.Haven't played co-op mode as of yet since Ive found the story line very addicting. From the waves of Chimera Hybrids to the over sized bosses like the Leviathan the makers went all out. If I have any complaints about the game's story line, mechanics or ai characters, it would have to be the lack of ammo that you find during certain portions of the game, the swarms of grims that attack you when ammo is scarce and how easily the chameleons make you mince meat. But despite that the game is the best shooter I have played since the Halo franchise, if not better than Halo.
