This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
The reason why I put for hardcore gamers is because it has very hard missions in it. It takes awhile to beat some of them. But other than that, its A GREAT game. It's really fun to play 2 player also, on any 2p mode. I suggest this game to ANYONE who likes cars/action games. I still play it to this day. It's so good, that Rockstar Games should make another one. With online & more stuff. So yeah, buy this game if you still own your PS2!!!

This game is perfect for: casual gamers
This game is much more challenging than Smugglers Run 1, which was just too easy. This game also has new game modes like chase down the spy, (wreck the spy's car within the time limit) drive one car to one place and drive out in another, and some other new things. There is also more playable vehicles this time, and you can't just climb over every hill like in SR1, you might need to change cars to beat a level. For whatever reason, this game is also cheaper than SR1. The graphics also look almost next gen as well. Finally, the body panels do not immediately fall off, which is also more realistic. A fun game overall.
