Great controller, chord is uselessly short

Obviously since this is the stock controller, its really good, but the chord is so short i have to sit 3 feet away from my tv, if your buying a Gamecube controller for your Wii, use your brain and go wireless, but i would try to stick with Nintendos brand, i went thru 3 Madcatz micro controllers in 4 days (they just kept quitting on me)

Extension cord.

The cord for the original controller is small, but there is always an extension cord that is like a dollar and it extends your reach to about 7-8 feet.

Ive gotton many wireless controllers that have broken, i finally sucked it up after one caught on fire, ones control stick broke and one barely works. I got 3 extra wired controlers ( the one i got with the system still worked very well). moral of the story, if you want the best for the gamecube get this one.

The Best Controller You Can Get!

The Nintendo brand controllers are just one of many different controllers that are available for your Gamecube system. I have had my Gamecube for about four years now, and my Nintendo brand controllers are the only ones that haven't had something go wrong with them. My MadCatz controllers have wires that are starting to short out, but my Nintendo controller is just fine. These are the most comfortable controllers out there, too, with all the buttons in the right places and how your hands just seem to go around them very naturally. The controller sticks work fine, too, and the buttons don't have too much give. I have never had a problem with these controllers, and they are the only controller I would recommend to somebody that needs a new controller, because of their comfort and durability!

this control is the best choice you could make. ive had the game cube for 6 years and the controls work fine i even got 2 used ones two years ago and they didnt show anny deffects, so i definatly recomend you get the original if you can find them ,at least used
