While playing this game I found myself doing the same level over again, the story line sucked, and why did I play as the Orbiter instead of the favorite gaming icon ever

this game changed online gaming forever. this game is Babe Ruth of video games. My heart broke when they took it off-line. congrats bungie, you have made the most legendary game of all time.
This review is essentially pointless after the shutdown of original Xbox Live on 4/16/10 but it is necessary to look back on the games that made history, for it is history that creates the future! Even though the multiplayer is disabled the campaign is great to play through. If a gamer has not read the books nor have an understanding of the Halo series story purchase this game just for the campaign, it is well worth whatever price is asked! Respect history and give a round of applause for this Legendary Game!

This game offers endless fun of huge variety of things to do. I must say this is one of the best shooters and franchises of all time. You cannot go wrong with the Halo series and you certainly cannot go wrong with Halo 2.
