It's was overall pretty good graphics suck i went in a highway once i got fliped over and had to restart my PS2 they either need to give u different guns or a shop to buy guns and armor or cars or u should upgrade and get better stuff but theres a bunch of glitches. i love games were u can hijack pplz cars and crash into or kill other ppl its pretty easy levels r easy fighting is fun i love just getting in my car and just running every ppl on sidewalk over untill swat go after me then im screwed but u can escape cops or swat getting behind bushes or behind wire fence cars are great

THIS GAME IS NOTHING LIKE TRUE CRIME:NYC.IN TC:NYC YOU COULD GO IN STORES AND BUY STUFF AND FRISK THEM FOR CONTRABAND. THERE ARE FUN AND CHALLENGING MISSIONS. TRUE CRIME: STREETS OF LA IS HORRIBLE. IF YOU LIKE CRIME AND FUN MISSIONS YOU SHOULD GET TRUE CRIME:NYC

The sound effects and the controls are superb. It actually feels like your driving the real thing when ever your behind the wheel in the game. I would recommned this game to anybody. The music is real and not that fake kind of music. The story line is kinda corny but you get to experience the different outcomes and thats really cool. The only problem is that near the exit on 405 and Pico Blvd if you try to get off the exit your car blows up. Even though thats probably a rare problem that might be a sign that your disk is starting to become scratched. When you steal cars you don't have to worry about the police because you're the police unless your casualties go too high. WHen that happens you might want to run because everybody's coming for you. I usually only drive but even then I enjoy the cruise around town. The Game is excellent and if you haven't played it then you don't know what you're missing out on
