I've had this game since it came out in 2003. Out of all the games I've ever played in my life this is the best. Even though Xbox 360 is out with COD and Halo and whatnot I still go back and play this game over and over 10yrs later. You definetly need this game and the other Jak and Daxter games before PS2 goes out of gamestop, if you cant get the ps2 ones get the ps3 remakes. Trust me U'll like it.
First of I love this game it has a pretty good story line and it keeps you interested it is a pretty challenging game I think that it is hardest to beat of the Jak and daxter series I also love how you have the city to explore it is pretty impressive the size of it and that is not even including all the separate rounds you really get the sense that they crammed a lot of the story into it the whole time you are fighting the metal heads and the barons goons and it all comes together to make one big story it has lots of rounds just when you think that you beat it there is always one more battle I just wish that they would make a new one for the Ps3.

Jak II is an absolutely amazing game. From guns flaring to punching the mess out of your enemies, this game gets good quick. Unlike the original Jak and Daxter, Jak II is based more around a mission kind of story line, and you travel in vehicles around the city a lot, making the city your main hub. Its an absolutely amazing addition to the series and i have few complaints (2 being that the guards aggro easily and that their chase music gets annoying). My suggestion, get it if its sold at your local gamestop.
I played this game when I was little and lost it somehow but I found on gamestop and I had to buy the greatest ps2 game ever. Why it is the best is because the graphics are really good for when it was made game controls are awsome and sound is amazing. Its a must have if you own a ps2.
