the game can get boring the things you fight are really slow and easy to kill. all in all this game is cheap so get. it beat it. and then get rid of it
This game is really good it is long and fun it is also hard but has a lot of adventure I liked it.

This game is awesome. everything is perfect except for graphics and sound. This game is very challenging for first time players and it takes some time to get accustomed to the way you have to knock sand monsters to the floor then use your dagger. I love the way that even though the Prince has all these acrobatic skills (like running on wall, swinging on poles, etc.) and the sands of time (he can rewind time, freeze enemies, make time slow down,etc) the game takes a lot of skill to play because of hard puzzles and dangerous traps. i also love how the Prince's name is never revealed throuought the entire series, adding to the mystery and suspense. The actual game graphics are terrible, but the opening mini movie and ending clip have like ps3 graphics. Also, farah, the Prince's partner in the game, gets very annoying because always accidentley shoots you with arrows in fighting and dies a lot, which means always keep an eye on her in battle. When i got to the level called death of a sand king, where PRINCE has to fight his father the king of persia who turned into a sand creature, i thought i was at the last level cause of the name. boy i was wrong. there was at least like 30 levels after that, and that was like the eight or so. The story is very intense and creative, like a movie. so be prepared to be shocked. Here is what happens in the game so youll know what to expect: The game begins with the persians going to raid a city. The prince sneaks past all the battle and warfare to find the treasure vaults where he hopes to find a treasure for his trophy in his first battle. he finds the dagger of time and leaves to find his father, king of persia, hauling the hourglass of time. The vizier, who helped the persians win the battle, asks for the dagger of time but the king says no. the persians gather slaves and animals to give to the sultan of azard as a gift. Farah, daughter of a marajah(whatever that is), is taken too. when they get to the sultans palace the sultan asks about the hourglass, the sand inside, why does it glow?(which it does). here the vizier tells evreybody that inside the hourglass is a wonderful marvel nobody has seen, and only that dagger can unlock it. and this belongs to a young prince, dearer to his father then all the wealth of persia. what the vizier said was a lie, but everybody believes him. so the prince walks up and is just about to unlock the hourglass when farah yells wait, no, stop! because she knows the sands of time were locked up for a reason. but it's too late because the prince has unlocked the hourglass. The sands pour out and the building starts to crumble and pieces fall to the floor. realizing that something is wrong, the soliders and the king of persia swing their swords around to get the sands away. the vizier walks toward the prince, teliing him you have unleashed the sands of time. give me the dagger to undo what you have done! while he says this, prince notices people screaming and being turned into sand creatures, including his father. when the vizier grabs for the dagger, the prince jumps out of the way as the crumbles down behind him, making a wall... im leaving it up to you to decide if you will figure the rest out by getting this game or leave it at that. I would recomend this game for someone who likes adventrous puzzle platform games and is prepared for a deep storyline. i would not reccomend this game for people who like shoot em up games, where all you do is shoot and kill and shallow simple storylines(like my older brother, who for some reason hates this game)>: i am a mix of both. hAVE fUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS. below are some other good ps2 games
