The ST290 comes with all the buttons a gamer could want as well as 3-position handle adjustment to accommodate any hand size. The ST290 joystick adjusts for left handers, a feature of the Cyborg stick. In addition to throttle and customized handgrip, the ST290 features five buttons, a trigger, and a point-of-view hat switch.
