Well I got the controller for my wii/ GC and its cheap plastic was bad. But it got the job done. Don't buy it as a primary controller. Use it as a guest one or a back up. The ones made by nintendo are so much better. TEEHEE

When I first got this, I thought it was pretty good. Everything has an expiration date though. Eventually, it started squeaking when I pressed certain buttons and the R and L buttons started to wear as well. When I opened up the controller, it was made from the cheapest parts I have ever seen. And by the way, this all took course in about 2 months. Not a good remake of the official Gamecube controller, which can take a lot of wear and still work great.

This is a terrible piece of hardware that honestly stopped working for me before 20 uses. I bought it for super smash bros melee and noticed that the shoulder buttons were working strangely. A couple of plays later the shoulder buttons when out completely which limits the gameplay of games like windwaker. Even when kept in a safe area and a regular cleaning to make sure no dust gets in it, this controller still stopped working. You are better off paying a couple of extra dollars on a Nintendo brand controller then to buy this.

This Controller I have had since I got a GameCube a yr and a half ago and I can say it isn't even scratched( I'm not careful either). While design isn't as good as original it still works and that's what matters. I have had 2 PS2 dualshock controllers for about a yr and they are somewhere in the nearest garbage place. Please Gamestop take design( which is similar) from this and take durability and give to dualshock controller it needs it. If you need a controller you can't do worse or better. GET IT.
