Free Glader
It's a Rental, and a pretty short one at that.

I went looking for a game that's like Oblivion or World of Warcraft. I found some of what I was looking for here, but not everything. It said that you can choose your fate, but all that you could choose your fate but all you can do is be either good or evil. Also, once you get the hang of the game, it's a lot shorter than the up to 100 hours of gameplay that it says on the box. I'm not that hardcore, I play about 3 hours at most a day, and once i knew what to do, it was very easy. There are some puzzles and the minigames are pretty fun(There's even a Pac-man type game) but it was very straight forward. I easily beat the game without using cheats twice in about a week. Okay, now let's talk about the graphics. The graphics were pretty good for a Ps2 game, but sometimes it was a bit choppy. What I really didn't like was the view. It was above the character pointing down. it may have been a bit at an angle but not by much (about 170 or 160 degrees). Another thing i didn't like the most was that it just kept repeating itself. All you do is kill and maybe do soem puzzles. And when you got new armor it usually looked the same as your last one. At one of those cases it said the I had tattered and tarnished patchwork armor. I put them on, and there was no difference at all. So if you like these types of games, my advice to you is if you do buy, make sure you don't lose the receipt.

Great game!
PostedJuly 28, 2009
My hubby and I love this game. After playing the first game we had to play the second. The only problem we had with this game was the fact that you can not play 2 player online which sucked. Other then that is was a really great game. For those of you that love long games and being able to customize you have lots of different things to play with. You can even pick bad or good and if you figure it out you can bounce around to level up and play both bad and good. I think the best part was being able to go back if you have others saved and jack their stuff to sell or use. The addition of the new races was a big plus cause they all have something different that might help out in battle and in some cases shady ways of beating a boss. If you like playing with your friends this is a great game, if you like playing on your own you would love the online play that is if you can figure it out. Either way if you are a REAL GAMER you will love it.

it just sucks
PostedJuly 8, 2009
Well when i first got it i thought it was going to be a good game. But when i started to play it, i started to play 2 player with my friend i still thought it would be a good game. Untill i started to play one player then thats when i found out that it just sucks. I mean the storyline was okay. But the fighting scene was horrorable i would not ever play this game again my friend likes playing it so i gave it to him. the graphics were in between good and horrorable. The sounds were kinda bad too. the thing i like the most about this game is just playing two player with my friend. Thing that i hate the most about this game is the fighting places and scenes. i would recamend this game to any of my friend famliy members but not to any of mine. that my review.

Great Sequel
PostedJune 25, 2009
I loved playing Champions of Norrath and got excited when i found out that there was a sequel. I immediatly went to Gamestop to pick it up. Champions:Return to Arms feels more like a expansion pack than a proper sequel. I like the idea that it introduces two new characters to choose from, the Iksarr Shaman and the Tiger Berserker. It also adds thousands of new items and a new difficulty level to reach level 80. In this one, you can choose to be either good or bad. It also adds new spells to all the characters. The storyline shares a memorable connection with the first one. After the Prince of hate is destroyed, he is resurrected by his close minions and you get to either join him or destroy him again. While playing through the game, you revisit places from the first game and explore new ones. The length of the game is a lot longer than the first one. Also, this game feels more darker and strange than the first game. You shouldn't miss out on this sequel and i highly recommend that you should play the first one first to understand the story.
