This game was only worth playing because it was one of the only games available when the PS2 first came out. With nothing else to play, this was barely passable. Now, there is no reason to play this game. Sorry, but it's true. The game dialog is filled with barely comprehensible translations and poor performances. The puzzles make little sense. There's just no reason to recommend it.
This game was awesome and is totally under-rated in my opinion! I still play it once in a blue moon but I am a huge fan of time travel even if as Kain says "History abhors a paradox" ..truly a hidden gem it coulda been better but totally a fun experience I'd like to see a part 2 and such if it were ever possible I liked jumping from the present to 1980 to like 1480 or whatever trying to prevent your own death the graphics are totally early ps2 but after playing it a bit you will get passed that and hopefully throw yourself into the story as I did..I liked the homunculus or whatever hes called a lot but the character could have had a little more effort put into him either way he's a bit creepy and frankly I felt bad for him. The fun thing about this game though is you can replay it again and again due to different endings via your in-game actions.
