this game was awesome, the graphics were amazing, the enemy was fairly intelligent, the game was tough, the gun were fun to use, and it had a good story line.

I got a PS3 two days ago and then yesterday I got Killzone 2. After having played the first Killzone I was very excited for the second. There are many notable improvements; the graphics especially. I have a very crummy T.V. set that I've had for about 6 years and Killzone 2's incredible graphics engine still delivers in full force. The storyline is kinda meh, aside from Visari's awesome speeches. The gameplay is intense, both the campaign and online multiplayer. And for those of you without online capabilities, there's a pretty cool mode called "Skirmish" where you can fight bots. Online is incredible because you get to level up and unlock different classes, weapons, tools, and all that jazz. Also, because Playstation Network is free, you won't need to pay in order to play online. Overall, the game is fantastic and it really should be a treasured member of your growing library of excellent PS3 exclusives.

Decent but very annoying realism

This game is good but the realism of the shaky aim makes it unrealistic.....I shouldn't have much of a problem aiming a sniper rifle but in this game its ridiculously difficult. Aiming your basic Assault rifle is an unnecessary pain and its easier just to spray even from a distance. I also feel like the guns never have enough ammo as I'm always reloading. AI squad doesn't help much and run out in open to get shot.....Enemies take too long to kill and throw grenades too much. Cover system is pointless and doesn't carry over to multiplayer making it even more pointless. Multiplayer is dumb....maps are too big and it can take a good while to find people some times. Warning this game is not addicting at all....Storyline isn't worth finishing and multiplayer doesn't have much to drive for making it boring. All in all I don't recommend it unless you have nothing better to do.

It's not for every one

When I first starting playing Killzone 2, I thought that I could just start playing...Well it's not as simple as that. Killzone 2 is a game that you have to put time and effort into beating the game. I don't recommend this game to anyone who is not able to complete COD MW2 or COD4 MW on at least the level regular. It's very challenging but enjoyable. I WOULD recommend this game to anyone who likes a shooter thats not incredibly easy, but a good challenging shooter that has good graphics that has a great story-line and awesome sounds and effects. One thing that I did not enjoy about the game was the Controls. You have to push L3 to aim and the responsiveness to when you aim down isn''t very good. Us as gamers can work around this stuff. Remember that this game might not be for you.
