it marked the beginning of the "true" motion era. systems before hand used the motion as a gimmick not a normal function for the system its self. i think is ironic that both competitors took on the motion gaming after the consoles' release. i am 21 and i am a purest i don't believe that games need flashy 3d, hd, 1080p graphics to be a great game all you need is a cart and a control deck it was the way for many years and was effective. nintendo for years had used carts and low res graphics and created historical mega hits like: mario, zelda, D kong and Pokemon.

I got it a while ago before I got my xbox 360 I personally recommend a xbox or a ps3 my nephews play with the wii now

my wii got hacked or modded so the only way to tell if this happens is if it will one only do 1 wii system update. two some games dont work after a certain year. three NEVER BUY A WII OFF OF EbAy.

lots of awsome games! a lot of thim r under ranted! the conchrolls work it interaife and can read movie meant in 3D space all nitendo fans need it! it makes me sad good games go so under rated on wii wen thay r awsome games LIKE OKOMI EIBITS RESIDENT EVIL 4 AND the demand blade game! all so thays trama team and zack and wick and all the mario games have awsome levils dezins well set up and make me so happy to play its a hevenly master peace for mario fans! and it has online with the vc go to youtube and tipe how to put my wii online and a help ful video well come up dont sweet is not hard to do at all! t i thank the online works good most of the time and the vc has a lot of awsome games! over all i love the wii and for wat it was trying to do i thank it did it! with all the mario games and a new zelda and kerby comeing out no ture nitendo fan shode complan! and it can play gamecube games!
