The gameplay is choppy, the graphics are so bad, barely better than ps2 graphics, and the game isn't addicting. The announcers have been using the same lines since probably 2004 and it's really annoying. BAD GAME.

This has got to be the biggest scam EA has ever come up with. The game is a joke. You have to be a really, really big EA fan boy to ignore the nonexistent passing game, constant clipping (not the penalty), choppy animations, freezing, excessive turnovers (with meter all the way down), useless defense, ridiculous campus legend, cheerleader less and coach less sidelines, meaningless player ratings, and it just keeps rolling downhill. Wow, I still can't get over the passing game, awful, awful, awful. Your receivers will never, I repeat, never beat the defender off the line. Throwing down the middle or screens are you only option (you'll still get swatted most of the time, lob passes, bullet passes, doesn't matter) and that is boring! I could go on, but I will spare the reader. The running game is good though. I set the game in the trash outside my house if anyone is interested.

Great College Football

NCAA Football 08 is a great game for every level of fan. I am a pretty hard-core fan myself, and I am very pleased with this game. The controls are very easy to learn. Almost anyone could pick up the game and start playing within minutes. The detail and sharpness of the game is very pleasing. It looks about as real as a video game can. The variety and inclusion of EVERY team is very important to me, and I was satisfied with the many schools available to play as. The dynasty mode is fun. You pick whatever school you want, and play through the season. My favorite mode is Campus Legend. You make a player, whatever position you want, and play in his state's high school playoffs, trying to impress the scouts that are attending. You then get offered a scholarship to a few different schools. (The farther you go in the high school playoffs, the better.) Then you get to play through the entire season, while working up the depth chart and keeping up the old GPA. So, whether you're a casual collegiate fan, or a die-hard, true to your team kind of fan, you will love NCAA Football 08.
