Pick it up, play it, put it down

GOW: Chains of Olympus wasn't terrible, it just didn't stick with me. Sure, it's right up my alley -- chaining up massive combos to kill stuff, leveling up your weapons -- but I couldn't keep it. Its replay value was not low, but not high either. Sure, it's got a few more difficulty levels, but... collectively, it just wasn't something that would stick like Crisis Core (see my review on it to get what I mean). It was one of my "first set" games, which were the first games I bought for my PSP. If you like a challenge, and you're really hardcore, go ahead and try it. If you're a little more on the casual side, don't waste your money. It's relatively short (comparing it to the original God of War), offers little replay value to casual gamers, and just disappoints some slightly. But if you were a devoted fan of the first few, this is actually good for you.

This game is one of the psp's greatest games ever. first of are the graphics. never have i seen such polished graphics and enviroments on the psp. Sony really took advantage of what the psp is Capable of dishing out. the gameplay is astonishing. the combos, finishing moves and the controls all fit in perfectly without sacrificing comfort. the sound is incredible. from kratos footsteps to the sound his swords do when he swings them are captured perfectly. the storyline is good and will keep you addicted to the game until you beat the final boss. the length isnt long enough as the game can be won in about 5-6 hours. but there are a ton of unlockables, plus god mode wich will keep yoou repeating levels as it is, well GOD MODE. overall sony made a tremendous game for the psp.

God of war: Chains of Olympus is a prequel to God of war. Chains of Olympus is a great game with lots of action, adventure, and killer finishing moves. God of War has a great story line and has the best graphics I have seen for a PSP. Kratos is even deadlier for the PSP. There are a variety of finishing moves you can do. You can rip off peoples heads, stab them, rip off the harpies wings, shall I go on? Anyway, this game has so much action with a few puzzles thrown in. This game is pretty challenging and easy to play. The only complaint I have is that the game is too short. I beat it in two days. But there are also the challenges that you can do to keep you occupied when you beat it. God of war: Chains of Olympus is a great game that I would recommend to anyone ( just keep the little kids away because its pretty bloody). But I had a lot of fun and I will be writing a review on God of War as soon as I beat it.

The number one warrior of all times is finally here, Kratos! The champion of the gods, or better known as "The ghost of Sparta", I have played the hell outta this game, almost everything is done, challenges of hades, dificult like its supposed to be, story mode, respectful to every detail of the previous God of war games, this game will be one of the many GOW games, that will pick up more fans to the franchise, I mean, its exclusive, if its exclusive, its gotta be good, and now that they released it for the psp, Finally! tHE dificulty of this game WILL bother you, if you start with easy, you really wont have a hard time, but when you reach hard mode, or god, you will suffer, idied so many times playing hard, you´ll almost cry, not the longest game, but certainly one of the greatest. Challenge: Didn´t I make myself clear? Controls: Easy as eating pie, you will not have any hard time remebering the controls, you may ocassionaly confuse one or two controls, but you´ll survive. Graphics: Can it get any better than that? Length: You´ll be a bit dissapointed with the length, wish ot would have been longer. Sound: I actually found it pretty well, but when I tried to put to the max, the music was louder than the voice acting, which by the way, was awesome! Storyline: What would you expect from a god of war game.?
