One of the best handheld games!

God of War chains of olympus is by far one of the best handheld games. the quality of this game is amazing considering it is a psp game. CHALLENGE:this game was not much of a challenge to me. if you are playing on god mode you will have some what of a challenge but it was not as bad as the previous ps2 games. Graphics: this game was amazing graphics wise. it had a lot of details that most psp game would not be able to handle. the cutscenes were to me similar to the ps2 versions which surprised me greatly. Length: i was a bit disappointed about length (5 hours on mortal) even though the previous games were not that long. but don't let that fool you, this game is worth it. Story line.: obviously the story line was phenomenal. the whole ancient greek myths with a twist that will really leave you mouth dropped. CONTROLS the controls were easy to use and not to complicated so it was easy to pick up on. SOUND the sound in this came was also great. just picture playing the ps2 version, if you are new i think you will be quite amazed by the quality of the voice acting and the dramatic music and effects.

Review of God of War: Chains of Olympus

As you run in search of your true destiny to destroy the horrid memories of your past, dead enemies appear from the calling of Hades to kill you. Acting quickly, you tear out your blades and rip anything in your path to shreds. This, right here, is one of the most memorable moments in gaming. God of War: Chain of Olympus is an instant classic that finally hit the PlayStation Portable. You play as Kratos as you basically run around slashing things over and over to come to the end of this long journey to destroy your memories of your family. Pleasing the gods of ancient Greece is the only way to rid of the terrible nightmares that haught you daily. God of War: Chains of Olympus is much easier to me than God of War 1 or 2. The contols are nearly the exact same of the hit PlayStation 2 game. There are new enemies with weaknesses that you will soon discover after a couple hours of gameplay. You also aquire many new moves, the sun shield, and a glove that is pretty much a giant fist that you use to smack around your enemies and brek down statues. The sound is average, but the dialouge can be great and then quickly turn cheesy. My opinion is that God of War: Chain of Olympus has the best graphics and animation for the PSP yet. God of War is a great action game to hit the PSP but it is surely not a game for children. It contains blood and gore, intense violence, nudity, and sexual content. So, don't get this for your kid unless you know them and they understand everything. To conclude, God of War: Chains of Olympus is an instant classic and my favorite Action game for the PSP. So, Sony Computer Entertainment, I give you a 10 out of 10.

God of war is back

I've recently got this game about a few months ago,and wanted to write a review on this game.I have played the other God of War games,but this is the best God of war game I've ever played.The graphics on this game is just like the other God of War games,but a whole lot cleaner.The challenge is what you would expect if you played any god of war game.This game is just like the other God of War games,violent,gory,hot chicks,and newer weapons to use during battle.The storyline of this game is to basically to save the sun god and defeat one of the giants that has taken the sun god from the sky.But there are some things I don't like,such as the game being very short.Not enough bosses to fight,and not many costumes or unlockables to unlock.But I still recommend for people to buy this game.It's worth your money.

the best psp game forever.

This game is amazing! I played it at a friends house and could not put the psp down. It has an amazing story line that is the game before god of war 1 and 2 so you're not the god of war yet but kratos still killed his family that has not changed. When you start the game you begin on the top of a roof fighting persian soldiers. After you fire a catapult at the enemy ship a bomb makes a hole in the ceiling to go down. Then you battle more soldiers and you have some allies that you can kill to get health. Then you open a door to face your first boss. After you defeat him... well you'll have to play the game to find out. The few things I'm disappointed with I that there is no multiplayer and the game is not the longest but it will keep you interested and wanting more. It also has the challenge of Hades. There are ten and if complete them all you get some unlockables like a costume. It's amazing and should be played by every gamer on earth. Have fun and enjoy!
