it works great but most people think u can use it to play pc games but no it dose not work like that you can also charge it from the pc and whlie your xbox is on stand by

1st off, i would like to agree with "adon" i bought this pack for my xbox 360 slim, sure the plug charger works but the battery pack wont fit properly inside the controller's pocket for battery slot. its fairly lose, causing for no connection between battery and controller. i was disappointed that they didnt indicate that this only works previous xbox 360 models.

Dont Buy Xbox Batteries

all xbox batteries are good for a while but then they start losing charge and then they wont charge at all so instead get some other type of rechargeable AA batteries

I got this after going through tons of batteries. I got it and since then I leave the one end plugged into the USB front port and when the control gets low I just plug it in. I do wish they sold just a battery pack since my cord is fine. I know Gamestop for a tie recently had an HDMI cable, a wireless mic and a battery pack for $20 but the store I go to doesn't have them. That would be great even though I don't need the cable, I use the old headset so the wireless would be good and I would get the battery pack without wasting a charging cable. I can always find a use for another HDMI cable easier than an XBOX control cable. I love this thing and despite what other wrote, it does charge while the system is off.
