harvest moon is just well awesome, i've had almost every game in the series (?) and this is by far one of the best. play as a boy or girl, start your farming journey (btw get your rucksacks quickly), and save up to make sure you have time to find the bachelorette or bachelor of your dreams. love stories are great and as time progresses watch your loved one get closer to you or to someone else (depending on your choices of course). just have fun and all the pieces will fall in line. Happy farming!

yeah! Another Harvest Moon game on the sony PSP! HM boy & girl is a farm simulatar game were you raise livestock, grow crops, clean your farm, ship goods for a profit Ect. and that's basicly the main point of Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl, live a second life as a farmer. Your granpa or uncle ( cant really remmber) passes down the old beat-up farm down to you to take care of and restore back too an awesome farm again! this will recuire you to do stuff like plow the field, plant seeds, water them every day, pick your crops then sell them, repeat. you can also get married in this game, just like other harvest moon games! but too get married, all you have too do is give em' stuff, so it feels like no work effort.
Also, after the first year in the game you'll be saying too yourself "wait a minute, haven't i done all this before"? well the answer too that question will most likely be a yes. since you probably have used every crop in the game because you passed every seson that uses those crops, but I guess you could try and get some more livestock (A.k.A animals) too raise.
speaking of livestock, there's cows, chickens, and i think sheep that you can raise for some extra clams(cash).

Harvest Moon PSP

This was my first Harvest Moon game and now I have Harvest Moon for my PSP, Wii, and soon DS. The graphics are ok but it is a PSP so I didn't expect much. The music changes for each season and it gets annoying. It is a little repetitive and after a while gets boring but I have had it for 8 months and I still play it. The first few weeks i had it I couldn't put it down. Unlike other Harvest Moon games, you can create alot of different accounts. Overall it was a pretty good game. It is the only game that I haven't yet beaten on my PSP. There isn't really a storyline so you can keep playing for however long you want, but you do the same things EVERY DAY. There are 5 bachelors and 5 bachlorretes. This game got me hooked on Harvest Moon and now I am addicted.

Harvest Moon: Boy and Girl is a remake of the original Play Station Release. I bought the game as a fanservice to the series--- and while it's nothing new, it doesn't disappoint either. The story remains the same: Save the Farm or you get-the-boot. Options for marriage are constant as well, with familiars like Elli and Karen. New plants and produce can be grown. Having the sprites around to help with the chores on the farm is useful~ but over-all, they are there if you're lazy. Relationships (outside of the candidates for marriage) are hard to maintain and misleading-- with no indicator as to whether or not your relationship with the other person has improved. Graphics remain the same, and the terrain is sometimes hard to navigate if you use the analog stick on the PSP. The game gets repetitive after the first year or so, with little in the ways of new events and characters. However, the game is simple and refreshing and still worth the pick-up for that rainy day with nothing on TV to watch.
