when I first got the game I couldn't wait to play it. It had great cut scene graphics.I eventually got to the part were you fight Angeal and kept dying . There was a long story at the beginning and you cant skip it. So every time you die you waste like 2 minutes listening to the story. If it weren't for this it would be a 10.
And I know this is old news, but I have to get it off my chest. The so called "experts" on X-Play need to actually play the game and actually observe the storyline before giving a bad rating to an unbelievable game like this. That's all.

My First Final Fantasy Game
PostedJanuary 25, 2011
I'm an avid Kingdom Hearts player. Though I knew about Final Fantasy before I played Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts introduced me into a deeper urge to play it. I knew that the best story of Final Fantasy begins in FFVII so I decided to pick up Crisis Core, VII's prequel, to start my Final Fantasy gaming off. I was expecting more of a Kingdom Hearts feel but don't get that feel much in battle. Combos arn't really done and most things happen at random. It's a very boring attack system and can be a bit difficult to keep your health up in the small battle space. I assume that it's only because it's for the PSP (but Birth By Sleep has a great attack system...) and that main console FF games will be better. The story on the other hand is brilliant. The graphics are great for a portable. The music is rockin' to battle out to. Overall it's a pretty sweet game for those things. I can't wait to buy VII.
