totally amazed, WHY ARE YOU WAITING TO GET THIS?!?

First off, i went into the game playing the demo of the ps3 version. It was a pretty good demo so i thought i would try the psp version when it presented itself. When i started playing obviously the graphics looked a little different but they definitively were still awesome to see. The animations were just great, they flowed perfectly and i never once saw any lag or skipping. The story is pure genius, you play as the secret apprentice of Darth Vader. Taking place between Episode 3 and 4 but more time has past where the characters are of age they are in Ep4. Anyways you are on a secret mission for your and Vader to control the Empire, i won't go into it any more than that as it will spoil it for you. The length of the game is very well placed. One time in the game i thought it was over and I was satisfied with its length then it went on for even a bonus which is great. The controls are pretty easy, square to attack lightsaber, circle to lightnight, square down to defend, X to jump....blah blah. Then the shoulder buttons modify the same such as L+[] will throw the saber and L+O will change your force powers in different combos. The overall controls work well but sometimes it doesn't do what you want but its not all the time and its just because there are a lot of moves using the same buttons in different combinations. The game interface is pretty simple and easy to follow and use. Sounds is as good as it gets on the PSP speakers. Even better with the ear plugs which is much better sound quality. The game is difficult at times were they will kill you but its ok since of the checkpoints and able to save the game on the level at any time. This is also a mode called FORCE UNLEASHED which as several modes, Force Duels where just you pick a character and fight other characters in a chain until they kill you which the longer you go the more you unlock. In force unleashed you can also go play historic missions from previous movie scenes like the Count Dooku scene from EP3 and the fight with Luke and Jaba's team from Ep 6. Overall its an awesome game and I recommend it to anyone not just star wars fans....if you are a fan this is pretty much a perfect game and nothing comes to mind that I could ask for any more at this time.

Best starwars game

Well i've been wanting this game for a while like since it came out but I got the chance to get the day before easter it's awesome the graphics are great the storyline is pretty good overall though it's not that hard to beat like a couple days but i'm going on my third time to beat it and i'm still hooked. The good thing is though you get to use the force a lot more like in the lego starwars games the force is pretty useless in beating enimes and you can't youse it in freewill but it still is a good game. But in this one you can do all sorts of stuff like throwing them force choke force lighting pick up stuff throw it at people. So it's very cool and there is lots of stuff to collect like costumes different lightsabers crystals to change your lightsaber's color the game is also very addictive so I would recomnd this game to anyone

ive beaten this game about 4 or 5 times and its awesome!!!!!!!!!! especially with cheats. i love the boss battles.. and throwing light sabers into ppl and shocking with lightning... the lighting is awesome. i like how u can change the color of your lightsaber and change your costumes. this is a must have. i highly recommend this to anyone star wars fans or not!

I've played a lot of Star Wars game in the past,but none of them are as near as good as this one.Star Wars The Force Unleashed is a great game that every Star Wars fan will enjoy.It's got good game-play,although a little sloppy because sometimes it's hard to hit an enemy.The sound is great because it's got the Star Wars theme,but it's more like background music,it doesn't sound that much as much as the sound of the game(light-saber slashing,blasters firing,etc.)sound much harder than the background music.The story line great,but there's some things that don't match with Episode IV...how come Darth Vader never talks about Star Killer (A.K.A. The Apprentice)in Episode IV?(This next question isn't related to the movie).How come Darth Vader jabs The Apprentice in the stomach,throws him against a wall and then throws him into space and he survives?!?! W-T-F? I thought that that was the end of the game and I was like "Oh,come on,man! ***** ***** on like 2 hours of game-play?!?!?Not cool.Then I found out the game kept on.Anyway,if you like Star Wars or you're looking for a nice action game,this is the perfect portable.My rank:9.5 Psycho_Fart out!!! P.S.:It's better than God of WAR

I am a big fan of star wars but this game is way too short. It took me about 5 days to pass it. The power is great and people and creatures are great to fight but there is not a lot of them. But still the ending is great and the last two bosses are hard to beat. When I bought this game I was so happy to play it, but when I passed it I was disappointed. I let my brother play and he thought it was good but he doesn't know how long it is. Star wars battlefront is short too, but it has more than one story line. Also star wars the force unleashed the back of the case shows the ship falling, but you can't play it. Still the rest of the game is great. The graphics are also great because I felt like I was in game fighting the monsters, robots, creatures and people.
