Although the Ps3 is an awesome system, the price is too much. You have to buy a "NEW" Ps3 to make sure you get a "working" system. If you get a Refurbished system, I reccomend that you get a warranty on it, cause there have been a lot of problems with refurbished systems. But hey, if you got the money, then have at it. The Ps3 has free online, great graphics, and would show up the xbox any day.
can this model play ps2 games please someone tell me ps the commercial 4 the ps3 is a lie ps3 cant do everything cause the most important thing is that it doesnt play ps2 games

Let me just say that I have owned an Xbox360 for two years. It really did suck becuase you had to pay for gold (which is to play online multiplayer) and the contoller need two AA batteries. With Sony's Ps3, you get FREE online membership, and the best part, no batteries!! You just plug in the controller to your ps3, and it's charging! If you are thinking about the Xbox, or Ps3, Go with the Ps3. The membership is free, and what people say about the online multiplayer is not true, they say it lags all the time, it freezes on them, NO!, NOT TRUE!! I have had the xbox, and I am now playing the ps3 on the same game I played on the xbox and there is NO DIFFRENCE. Thanks for reading!

I was kind of disappointed in gamestop because the refurbished systems are guaranteed to work but mine did for about a half an hour then it would freeze up. this not only happened once but multiple times. taking it back today for a new one. be sure to buy the warranty

DO NOT BUY GAMESTOP REFURB! waste of money and time. i bought the 120GB refrub. it broke after hafe an hour
