I bought this system and after just 2 days it got the ring of death sadly. It honestly is a great system being able to play ps1 n 2 games but people keep selling broken consoles.

For years, I only really played the PS2 but was very happy when I got this system. the graphics, are more or less like real life, particularly on Gran Turimso 5 or 6. I also can still play my PS2 games which I love playing still and on some games which had been damaged over the years, they may barely work in my PS2 but my PS3 will play it no problem. I also recently discovered that I can import my CD's with this system. I'm incredibly happy to own this system.

Flawed Design!!! Do NOT buy!!

This PS3 fat console is fine and dandy when it's working. The problem is it isn't working for all that long. This console WILL fail you due to a flawed design. You WILL get the Yellow Light of Death due to overheating. It is only a matter of time. I sent mine into Sony ($138.35) for repair and they sent me a replacement console with scratches that failed with the same issue in only 6 months. When I contacted them to rectify the situation they told me I had a 3 month warranty on the replacement and they could not do anything for me except charge me again to fix it. Thanks Sony for stabbing a loyal customer in the back. I won't forget this.

0ver a hundred bucks of my money wasted. I have it for two months and it kicked out yesterday. in the middle of gta 5 and it died, if they don't take it back it's target practice
