2 years ago I wanted to buy a new ps3 controller. I decided to get this one because it was cheaper and the idea of glow-in-the-dark looked cool because I play in the dark. I got the green one (even though I wanted the red one). It was great. It was responsive, and every time the lights worked. One day I was playing Black Ops. I wanted to throw a flashbang so I pressed L2. Then the L2 button broke off. That made the rest of the round a little harder. Now, whenever I want to throw a tactical item, I have to reach into the slot and push a little trigger. The product is still good overall though.

I Personally think dat this Item Is great.. But.. Yes there is a But To All Of Dis Folks.. When i First Bought it I Got The Blue One.. Lights Are Bright So What. Ehh.. On the Blue One..One Of The Lights Busted out on me and thats its other then that I Got No complaints.. I Have a Red one too been useing it for 5 months now and still Works Like New..On The Red Controller The Lights Are Not As Bright As The Blue ..

I purchased one of these controllers for my PC (in blue). It was detected as an Xbox360 controller without issue. I use it primarily for driving as a kb/mouse just doesn't cut it for me. It's been in use for several months without issues. Feels good in your hand, decent weight. I wouldn't suggest throwing it at a wall though. The switching of the controller stick/pad set up is no big deal. If you can't adapt you fail. I discovered an interesting feature that I haven't seen mentioned. My LED's were not lighting up. While trying to figure out the problem I noticed a button on the bottom of the controller. Thinking it was some form of reset button and hoping it would fix my problem, I pressed it. Lo and behold it was a switch to turn the LED's On/Off. Amazing! If your LED's are not working, depress the switch on the bottom and see if that doesn't fix it.

Cool Concept But Not Enough Quality

SWEET, IT LIGHTS UP!!!! Oh, wait, NOT sweet: the left joystick and the D-pad are switched! This makes playing with it difficult at first unless you're already used to the X-box 360 controls which is exactly the same. If you have a PS3 but not a 360 like me, playing 2 player with a friend who has a 360 but not a PS3 will become an even match if an afterglow controller is being used by player 2 because both players will be used to the controls. THERE ARE 4 MAIN DRAWBACKS: 1) GETTING BEAT DOWN BY FRIENDS USED TO THE X-BOX 2) The lights are a bit TOO BRIGHT (in my opinion) 3) GETTING USED TO THE NEW SET UP of your new controller 4) THE PLASTIC IS WEAKER AND BREAKS EASIER in order to let the light shine through.
