I played this game way back when and loved it. When I found it at GameStop for $1.99 I bought it without hesitation. But nobody plays now, and that sux.

This game is good but not great. I would recommend this game to a friend. Also it is not something you would want to play that much.
SOCOM Confrontation is a gameonly foronline ,so if you dont have a PSN account orinternet you cannot play it , just tu be sure when you buy it , Well , i like multiplayer gamesand SOCOM Confrontation in the beggining was a good idea for a Online game , but how the game is is just bad , the multiplayeris fullof campers and some hackers, you have alot of guns to use,but the point of the game is the teamwork to get the victory, but no much people plays like that here,so that ruins the experience, the game graphics are pretty basic, the sound is ok , but once you dominate the game ,you will keep playing it , but if you want a better tacticalmultiplayer,MAG or Battlefield 3 are better
In This Game Almost One Shot Can Kill You. PERIOD. One Shot! This Game can Be Extremely Difficult, If You Want An Easy And Actually Too Easy Series Move On To COD. Socom is Very Hard And Realistic Which I Like But The graphics, Sound, Gameplay And My Lasting Appeal Didn't Feel Right. I Never Really Was Attached To This Game Like I Thought I Would Be So unfortunately I just Don't Play It. It Isn't Terrible It Just Never Appealed To Me. Can't Think Of A Good Thing About This Game Except The Campaign, That Was About it. The Original Socom's Were Very Fun, This One I Bought With High Hopes But Was Disappointed. So Yeah....Still Recommended For Hardcore Players But Be Warned, It Can Be EXTREMELY Difficult.
