Love it!

This is a fun game that I'd recommend to any fan of Rock Band or Guitar Hero. A lot of people are complaining about the songs, when, really, most of the songs aren't terrible. This also has great classics like carry on wayward son, living on a prayer, and others that are good. I love the customizable band thing, where you create four people for your band and give them names. So overall, fun game, great graphics, gameplay, the stuff you want in a game, it's all there. Don't be fooled.

Good Idea!!!

When I first got this game yesterday, I had no idea it was going to be so complex. The game has you playing all four instruments at once. Okay, I think that deserves a better explaination. All the instrument tracks are on the screen at the same time. You must complete strings of notes called Phrases. Each time you complete a Phrase, then the track you just completed that Phrase on temporarily goes blank. You can switch between instrument tracks, except during a Guitar Solo by pressing the L and R buttons. Easy mode only has green and yellow notes to play, so if this sounds confusing, start on that. All the instrument tracks are set up like Guitar and Bass and everything is controled with the normal PSP buttons which are amazingly responsive considering that this is the weirdest idea for a PSP game I've ever heard of. The graphics are really good and the customization factor is almost as good as the console version. All in all, I thought this was quite a pleasant surprise! I'm a fan of the console Rockband, so trust me when I say this is well worth picking up! Long Live Rock N Roll!
