I wasn't surprised that this game wasn't could. I predicted this after naughty dog sold the series. The whole flying thing was pretty cool but the story was terrible. It might of been good coming from another game but it was a real big let down for the jak fans. And the change in voices let me down. But at least we can all be glad for the HD REMAKE coming in FEBRUARY!!!!!!! ..I think thats when they said

what happened to the game jak and daxter i was so happy they made a new jak game i spent $30 on the game and when i played it wow it sucked you can turn dark jak or light jak. pirates what were they thinking the graphics suck the first game looks better than that one jak looks like a little kid this game is the worsted. it sucks naughty dog sold the franchise i hope they make a better one then this one

BAD Graphics. BAD STORY. BAD SOUND. BAD OVERALL. WHY DID THE NAUGHTY DOG SELL THE FRANCHISE. For those of you that are a little slow on the intake...yes they sold Jak and Daxter to another company... One thing i HATE about this game is the graphics... everyone knows if you have a good thing don't change it. My BIGGEST problem with the graphics is the fact that the game doesn't look like a Jak and Daxter game. It looks totally different from the other games. My second problem with the game is the story. Don't read this section if you hate spoilers... My biggest problem with the story is the fact that all of the eco in the world is running out and the way they fixed it was they re-activated the eco sphere in the center of the earth...if its running out don't you think that there shouldn't be a way to regenerate the eco...simple answer to the way it should have ended. jak found an alternate energy source...easy... The third problem i have with the game is that the prime characters don't sound the same as previous games...i mean i know that as jack grew up his voice got lower but wouldn't you think its odd that he sounds like he's back in the second game...odd...and daxter sounds like a 13 year old boy going through puberty... weird... As for the game play its ok but it dosent feel like the previous games. the controls are a little different and the camera is a little funny. but after a few hours figuring it out, you get used to it. another thing i like about the game is the large amount of characters you meet while playing the game. Overall, this game is ok at best. id recomend it to people who have never played any game in the franchise. because if you don't they will never...EVER forgive you for makeing them play this abomination on the Jak and Daxter universe... I rate this game about a 4.4/10 for people who have played the game and an 6/10 for those who haven't. people that have played jak games will poke holes in it...thats why the non player rateing is higher...

I'm a huge fan of Jak and Daxter, I own every game of theirs. While I guess this game is still worth buying, it's probably the worst out of all 6. The gameplay is fun, the new twist on the weapons and eco is entertaining, but its missing that zing and humor the others had. The biggest let down is probably the ending. Once you complete the final mission, it's all over and after the credits the game just keeps repeating the final mission, and you cant venture around the place like in all the other ones. This is just a story game with absolutely no reason to come back and replay. This series should just stick to Naughty dog exclusively.
