I will start by telling you... DONT BUY THIS GAME! The board is so unresponsive, that I just gave up and threw it at the wall until it broke in half. Graphics are okay, but skate 3 is better. Even skate 1 is better! If you want a good skating game, buy Skate. Not to be a fan boy or anything but it's a lot better than this. Dont listen to anyone that says this game is good. I heard that the next tony hawk is coming with the same board. But I gave up with Tony Hawk. And you should too. And please dont waste your hard earned money on this. For the price it is, it's pretty much a rip off. It should be free, wait no. It should be free so everyone could get it and throw it in the fire and stomp on its ashes. This game should be added to the top five list of dissapointing games. Just sad..........

Ok first off this is by far the absolute Tony Hawk I've played since the franchise been out for game play. I know that this is only my OPINION, but I don't think this game is worth the steep price tag. The new controller-less concept is sweet, but it has it flaws and I'm sure others can agree with this. The soundtrack is ok and the graphics are pretty good, but I think Skate still has this Tony Hawk beat with the graphics. The last thing I'd like to address is that the learning curve is either hit or miss and that's coming from someone who's played and owned every single Tony Hawk game. I hope this review will help with your decision on whether or not it's worth your time and money. I'm not trying to bash or make anyone think that it's totally worthless cause I'm a huge supporter with this franchise, I'm just simply saying that it has many flaws that needs to be fixed before I can dethrown Skate.

ok so once again gamestop gives your horrible reviews to the real thing. Ok so heres the deal the controller barely works and is very unresponsive. The gameplay is even worse when you cant even control what you are doing. If you dont believe me please check any game website that rates video games not only is this game a complete waste of your money but the board is only a waste of money. The board is only good for this game and is very durable the only problem is that the sensors on the board barely work and is very unresponsive. Now the game is very simplistic almost a copy of what every tony hawk pro skater game has done already so your simply rebuying. Theres no online play and no multiplayer so this is only good for the singleplayer mode. final words not worth it save your money

I sort of enjoyed playing this game, mainly because it was another skateboarding game. When I picked it up I found that the only real fun thing about this game is watching people hurt themselves trying to ollie with the board that comes with the game. This game would be fun playing with a controller, but otherwise the company needs to have designed the board in a better way. My siblings enjoyed this game, but I, being far much older mainly liking COD type games, just didn't find it too interesting. The graphics were pretty good, not as good as GOW2, but still pretty decent. I just can't stand the controls. They make it virtually impossible to do any trick without slipping. I know this is because its mean't to "imitate" a real skateboard, but I doubt real skateboards perform well on carpet or hard wood floor.
