This is a great head set. It has a nice sleep design to it looks and performes great. Although most people are up grading to the X31's becasue on the other end of the mic people head your mic farting. (As in a figure od speech) When i use these i like to play it up loud while i can also hear my team-mates and without disturbing my family house hold. Everything to this head set is a work or art besides the other end of the mic were some times people hear your mic farting. All in all the mic id deffinatly worth buying!

Good product for a casual gamer

Overall this is a very good headset. If you are a casual gamer this is a headset for you. The quality is pretty nice and the bass booster is good to hear footsteps. The quality of the microphone is good. Overall I would mainly recommend this to people who play FPS, but this mic can be used for any genre of games. If you are more of a serious gamer i would look further into the upgraded models of the Turtle beach although they are more expensive.

I love this headset for the XBOX 360 when I'm playing the Gears Of War games, you can hear the enemy coming up behind, to the left or right side of you when they are coming after you. The headset gives you a heads up to which direction they are coming from so you can get ready to blast away at them. I would recommend these to anyone who plays GOW or any game like Gears.

Overpriced

As great as this headset is it's very bulky and has a lot of wires making it very stationary and not very portable. If I was feeling generous I would pay 25 bucks for this thing. The fact of the matter is that this is an overpriced set of speakers. I could turn my speakers up all the way and get the same sound quality. And the echo is very annoying as well. So I'm going to buy this because I'm sick of buying the simple $20 headsets that keep snapping on me and hopefully this one will last. Overall rating (price rating included) 6.75
