My brother first bought an Action Replay for his Nintendo DS lite way back in the day when all you could find was the brand new Nintendo DS lites. Well the first one worked great, especially for his Pokemon games (AKA you can get whatever Pokemon you want, use cheat codes, etc.) but the second one he purchased...not so much. I have no idea why he bought the second one, maybe to add more cheat codes, but anywho he had it for about two years and then suddenly last week it broke. By broke, I mean it lost all of his codes and completely shut down. It was so broken in fact, we couldn't trade it back into GameStop. He recently purchased a new one to put new codes on but I am a little doubtful that it will last. They don't make games the way they used to. Be cautious when debating about this piece of junk. If you're not careful, it will crash and ruin your entire Nintendo DS system.

Right of the bat I was having problems installing the drivers to my computer, and the Datel tech support was of no help. If you're buying this and plan on only using the codes on it, go for it, the codes are decent and actually usefull (shiny wild pokemon etc.). If you can get it to work and connect to your computer its a good system. Sidenote:If you're buying this for a Pokemon white/black game, be careful. I recommend NOT using Pokesav to generate codes, there will be a lot of problems getting the codes to work. Only 1 worked out of 10 that I made/found. Th
I bought my first one and i ued it and it was great for a little bit. But then i went to put more codes onto the thing from my computer and it never worked since. But today i am going to buy a new one so i am hoping that it will work.

I bought this for myself to get far on my Pokemon Black game fast, but I don't know how to get more codes, and it freezes sometimes, it rarely works on the first try that I use it. It breaks pretty easily, so get the warranty. It's just ok and you will have a little bit of regret if you buy it and then don't use it that often. Bottom line: Meh.
