The PSP GO was a great system as well as a great idea although sony not knowing what to do with this system messed it up a lot. What it needed was a touch screen and a camera and would have been great but sony saved that for the now dead Ps Vita. Compared to the regular PSP ( performance wise) the Go is better the screen is just a few cm smaller than the regular PSP and put together you can hardly tell the deference is size. The only down fall which is major is everything is download only and there is only one store the playstation store which means sony can charge what ever they want and you have to pay for it, that is really what killed this system with no flash sales or anything like that, they wanted you to pay full price for a game that you can buy in gamestop used for a few dollars or new for 20 even at the time the PSP was popular the games on the Playstation Store was more money than buying the actual copy. In the end this was a good system but sony did not know what to do with it and they thought every one was a millionaire to pay $39.99 each for games that have been 4 years or older.

i had the pspgo for a couple of years i got it for christmas and one day the battery dies completly and i go to charge it and it dosnt charge not even a light could i bring it to gamestop and they fix it but when it did work it was great i loved it i always used if i cou;d get it fixed that would be great tho

I got this psp about a year ago, its simply the best. The sound is good, the funcionality great and the best thing is that you dont need to take UMD games anywear. I really recomend this. GREAT.!

A Great Portable Product

I myself like my PSP-3000 and my UMD Collection. The PSP GO is UMD Free but offers much more. It has a much smaller size than the bulky PSP-1000 or the new Vita, making it easier for travel. The screen is smaller, though I doubt it makes a difference. It has the same controller scheme but sharper and tighter to use. I have large hands and I don't get "cramps" in them from handling such a small device. The USB and charger cord are all one cord making it easier. Downloading is faster and it has 16MB system memory which can help you store a lot. Plus internet, movies, TV, Music, photos, are great with the quality of the screen. I love my PSP-3000 and the PSP-Go is another great item to have for portable gaming.
