this game is a fun game, but it doesn't have a lasting appeal.What really makes this game great is the fact that the Pokemon are bye your side. Also, the sound is AWESOME and the gameplay is EXCELLENT. A great game for all ages.

many people said it was too short but thats cuz the dont make it fun. i got over 100 hours playing this and got every single legendary pokemon.. also when u bet the game u fite red (ash) and thats a tought fite.

Good renovation

I remember when SoulSilver was just Silver. For its time, it was great. But as we moved on, it fell seriously behind compared to fire red and leaf green. So when i heard of SoulSilver i was psyched that i would finally get to play it in real time. It was a little disappointing. I mean it's not easy to make a good sequel/remake, but a little dignity please. The storyline relates but i was looking forward to the original one. Not the new twists (that aren't very good). Overall i like pokemon and i'm psyched about Black (im very precise and i dont say both (with exception of red and green) names) but i hope tht it's friendlier to the older games who have followed it since its feeble starting tries.

Good Game

I really like this game. It just took the old Silver and made a giant leap! It brings me back when I'd play in the Johto region with my level 5 Cydaquil. The game is amazing with a couple special appearances from Sinnoh. I am glad they added the safari zone instead of nothing. The game can get intense on the Wi-Fi battles. I really recommend playing this game.
