MY FAV GAME
PostedAugust 18, 2010
this game is just amazing. i love the sounds. sometimes i just turn the game on to listen to the music. its my all time favorite game. the character customization kinda stinks though... u can only chose between the girl and boy but its ok to me cus the both look pretty awesome so ill give it a 10. this was my first pokemon game that i ever got and it left a great impresion for me to get more. i recommend this game to anyone who like collecting. THIS. GAME. ROCKS. again its amazing. its pretty long but not too long that u could faint. its just right. the controls are pretty simple and easy. no HUGE combinations or anything like that. its pretty challanging but not so challanging that u would quit. i play it like all day everyday. i even stayed up at like 4 in the morning playing the game its so fun. the graphics and animation is awesome. everything seems so real. i love how u start at johto then go on to kanto. ITS LIKE A FRESH START! overall this game is for everyone. even if u dont like pokemon itself, this game is a must have. now that i have it, i cant live without it! its expecily fun with heartgold too! so that u can trade with urself! ^^ one thing im glad the created made was the global terminal. i cant use it because my connection is evil but when its fixed im going to use it so much. and this game isnt just for boys either! im a girl and all my friends that i know who have this game r girls.

A Great Remake
PostedAugust 13, 2010
Pokemon SoulSilver is everything great I remember about the original Pokemon Silver for the GameBoy Color. It's strange playing this game because, even though I recognize so much of the original material, it has all been given a great facelift after its 10 year hiatus. The graphics are great when you're walking around the world, but (as has been the case since the original games) the poorly animated sprites leave a lot to be desired once battles begin. The same thing goes for the sound; the music is great, but the 8-bit sounds the Pokemon make have lost their nostalgic appeal and are now annoyingly out of date. The story is just as paper-thin as you may remember it being in Silver, but that's almost a given with Pokemon games. The really great things this game does right are the controls, the interface, the challenge, and the length. If you have any good memories of Silver or if you enjoyed Diamond, Pearl, or Emerald, I strongly recommend you pick this game up.

Poke'mon Champion Kat
Poke'mon SoulSilver
PostedAugust 9, 2010
Hi! My display name is Poke'mon Champion Kat and I have been a poke'mon fan for over two years now, collecting all poke'mon games as I possibly could. This game is the newsest addition to the amazing poke'mon series. Using the old storyline of Silver, Gold, and Crystal this game is a HUGE step above the rest with amazing graphics, awesome story additions, and many new thing you can do. Hopefully I can persuade you to buy this amazing product. Now, my favorite part of this game is how you can walk with your favorite poke'mon in the game and out. When you play the game, the first poke'mon in your party will walk with you if they are not to big to fit. When you are walking, you can talk to your poke'mon and sometimes they are holding items that could help you in your journey. And now for the newest addition to SoulSilver and hopefully all other new poke'mon games: the Poke'Walker! The Poke'Walker is a orb that is colored like a poke'ball and has a small screen and three buttons. This item does the almost impossible: it levels up your poke'mon while you walk WITHOUT having your DS or DSi on! While I only touched on my favorite parts of the game, there are many other things that make this game a crowd pleaser.I hope you read some of the other comments to hear about the other functions of the game. Have a good day! ~Poke'mon Champion Kat~

This game is VERY VERY good it is so much different and better than Diamond and Pearl. The sound has improved the graphics has improved it is The best game I have played on the DS console I have a DSi XL so the graphics are even better. The PokeWalker is helpful you can get items and Pokemon when you walk. The only bad part about the PokeWalker is you have to put the Pokemon in the PC box so you have to but your Pokemon in the PC box, and of course if you forget to save you have to do it again. I think the route in this game is great. You go to New Bark Town - Cherrygroove City - Violet City - Azelea Town - Goldenrod City - Ecutreak City - Olvine City - Cianwood City - Mahogany Town - Blackthorn City. I think the route is fantastic you can do so mny extra things in the towns than in previous games. the appearance of Lugia is the best part of the game. It is just so amazing and you catch it with the master ball, and Lugia is level 45 when you catch it. Once you beat the Indigo Plateau, you can play in Kanto and battle there. Overall this is a great game and I would recommend it to anybody.
