Pokemon is still an addictive, engrossing, and satisfying design that should be experienced at least once.

i was sooo excited the day i bought and i didnt feel like unboxing because the box was so coool,and unique. i'd rather not open the box then opening it once i experienced internal suffering, it eventually became a tragic story. As soon as i got half way through the game where i defeated the 8th gym leader and on to catching Ho-oh, i started getting bored. I realized that the game had no creativity and just the same as older versions. There was no surprise because anyone would know what would happen next, same old. A senseless person could even predict the storyline. I try motivating myself so hard to continue playing, but i just couldn't and was very discouraging since i bought this with my pocket money. Nothing could captivate me except for the nicely designed package. The pokewalker was stupid and i rathered have a better gameplay than that stupid device. I think that this is one of the worst pokemon game. Diamond, pearl, platinum are way better. even the gameboy ones are.. i definelty wouldnt recemend the game to anyone, unless you've never played the pokemon series. This game had no improvements from the previous, including graphics, sound gameplay , u name it all. This game is a total trash, unless your a trash tooooo... Dont be like me.. just because the cover is fascinating, dosent mean its good, itssss an illusiiioooon dont fallll for ittt!!!!!!!!!!

Pokemon HeartGold, A remake of Pokemon Gold version, Adds new things, such as the pokewalker. This game's single player is really long and has a few cool side quests. There is so much to explore, cities, caves, seas, and others, along with 2 regions to explore them in. Tons of different Pokemon are available to catch, also. The game might be boring after you beat the game with 16 badges, but connectivity to online to battle other players is really cool, too. You also have the Pokeathlon, to play mini games, and the battle tower to battle against CPU players, or even online players too, for Battle Points, which are used to trade for in-game prizes. 3-D looking graphics give the routes and cities a great look. And don't get me started on the soundtrack, it's great, with remixes from the original game. Overall, this is a really great game and lasts for SEVERAL hours! if your a Pokemon fan and don't have this game, I recommend picking this one up soon.
