This system works just as good as any other system and it is a pro so you get a nice system for less then the arcade which is an alright system but not as great this system is better then my friends and they bought theirs brand new

When i got it in the mail i was happt but when i wired it all up it didnt even turn on. I sent it to microsoft and they are sending me a new one that i should get in 3-5 days i get to keep the controllers i got in this deal. I would get this if you wanna take the risk of it maybe working.

I don't mean to offend you, but you really shouldn't give a one rating. you got an awesome deal by buying a refurbished console, they wouldn't have sent it to you if it didn't work on their end, Microsoft dealt with the problem, sent you out a new one in a very quick amount of time, and let you keep the controllers as a bonus. i would think for all of that you really should have been extra happy and even while mildly put out by a few days would have posted at least an 8. If you wanted 100% perfection you should have really spent the money and bought a new one. because even if you buy a used one in a pawn shop or used thrift store or such there is no warranty at all. but game stop and microsoft stepped up and you got a better deal than most. again, sorry if i offended you that wasn't my intention, i just hate to see bad feedback given when it really shouldn't have. people work really hard for positive feedback and one bad one can really screw up ratings. just a thought for the future......

I bought it in the store and asked if they could test it out first, which they did and it didn't work so they tested out another one and it was all good. But used/refurbished consoles in stores people!!! But, yeah great deal.

I got this in the mail last night, and was more than pleasantly surprised. It said when I bought it, that I'd get a White Controller and No HDMI cables. But when I got it in the mail, it came with a Black Controller and the HDMI (Even though I have an SDTV). And my friend helped me out so that I could get a free month of Live Gold. Overall this is a great value. You're paying a little over $100 for a great console with a massive library of games. Only bad thing is that the HDD is kinda small, only about 14 Gigs after the updates finish. And online they don't tell you the size of downloads unless you buy. Small issue, be wary. Unfortunately for all of you, I got one of the last ones.
