Halo Reach
Because Halo is the best-selling Xbox franchise of all-time, the developers at Bungie had their work cut out for them when they were deciding what to do next with the series that has set the gaming standard for the last 10 years. Fortunately for us, they decided that the next step should be a prequel, and you'll experience the beginning of the Halo legend, when the heroic Spartan soldiers make their final stand on the planet Reach, humanity's last line of defense between the Covenant and Earth. We've all seen the carnage that one Spartan can produce. Imagine what a whole squadron of them can do. We all know how this one ends up, too. So the story has a fittingly darker, grittier edge to it as the brave Spartans go to meet their destiny. But you can make sure they go out in a blaze of glory in epic battles against the Covenant on a backdrop of jaw-dropping environments, powered by an all-new engine. And of course, the battles will continue long after the campaign is over on Xbox Live with a satisfying multiplayer experience. We'd expect nothing less from this one.

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers
first playing halo reach i didn't expect much more than a few extra add-on's and a great story and multiplayer, after about 5 mins of checking out the menus i found the real strength to reach's game, the newly added forge allows you to make ,customize and save your own maps to use during matches or even so that other players around the globe can check out your creations.
The story shines and doesn't just fill space so they can grab you with the multiplayer and online stuff, the story of reach is an epic pre story to odst that can and does stand on it's own with high dramatic points and great action to keep you pulled in.
for a new fan to the halo series i would recommend playing the first few halo games before reach but if you just got it or have a chance to play reach go for it it's worth not understanding the story just to experience bungie's curtain call.

i think the only thing wrong with this game is that you cant have 3 other players during theater mode to watch yours or your friends recent games And with the weekly/daily challenges that they give you makes its even better to play and compete against you've also got a better reason to go back and play the campaign and fire fight because of those challanges they also got 10xmore armor peices that you can go out and buy from games challenges or finishing up games.

Best one I've played! Best graphics, HUGE amount of amor/ranks. Great campaign. The sad thing is you can only see MasterChief in a pod at the end of the game. Great multi-player. controls are a little different than the older ones. Must get!!!
