Mic Works Great!!!!

the product works great, my voice does NOT sound muffled my friends that i talk to online are actually getting one because of how good i sound. If yr worried about it not being tight enough, or loose enough then just buy a new like i did, because i have an average neck and it rests around my neck perfectly. Oh and the ear piece is also really good it fits comfortably in my ear, and it goes in my ear which i like better because when the ear piece rests on my ear it keeps moving. Oh the other thing i really like is that i can eat and drink anything without having to worry about getting my microphone wet or full of food, but the only thing i can say negative is that there is no adjustment on the throat mic, but like i said if u buy it new you should not have a prob.

It is a really good mic, but my friends say that they here the tv in the backround when my tv is REALLY low. The only problem is, it muffles the voice but that rarely happens. Only sometimes.

Worth it or not?

I personally like the throat mike. It isn't like a real military throat mike, which is more of a pad on the vocal chords, but it is designed comfortably like a throat mike. I don't have to worry about moving the mike to eat/drink and don't have to deal with a big heavy headset. If your a eater/drinker go with this. The only issue I had with it was when I first bought it yesterday, it doesn't like to connect with my controller. The plug is touchy and doesn't stay in really well. And if it gets pulled hard it flips out and won't easily connect. But if you want a hard solid no worries contact, go wireless. But if you are a wired kinda person, Go with the throat mike. It's small and out of the way. Just don't freak if you have a fat neck and it tries to choak you. It will stretch over time to fit your neck.

Good design, but few problems

I got this mic because i really like my hair and to eat while gaming, and the original mic was getting in the way of both of these. I thought that it would be a good solution. I put it on for the first time, and turn it on. I get into a party with my friends, and they are loud. I turn down my mic and start talking, but dont respond. I yell, and they dont respond. I finally realise that the on/off switch was for the mute feature. Weird. So i start to tell them about the mic. They say that i sound all mumbly. I realize that this is because i have a small neck, and, therefore, are not getting pressure on my neck from the mic. Nothing that can't be solved by tape, but it would be nice to have an adjustment thing to make it smaller or something. Its easier to hear me with tape, but you cant mumble or whisper. in conclusion, the mic is good, but needs to be fixed.

Great design, BAD QUALITY

I bought this mic because of its design. This one particular mic has a very good design and its very comfortible when you you put it on but when you go to use this mic it definetly lacks what it needs. People online were telling me that they could barely understand me and i heard myself once or twice and it wasn't very good. It sounded like i was a mile away from my mic. It definetly shows what products we are going to see in the future. When we get the right tecnology to actually have something like this that really works it will be great, but until then i say you should just save your money and buy a better one. Madcatz is on the right path but they are just not there yet. From what ive used and heard i really dont recommend this mic to anyone!!
