I have been doing alot of research on this controller, and i have seen al ot of yes and no about it so basically its a 50,50 shot whether you like it or not. I just recently purchased this and i like it, the design is cool, I love the grip on the side of the controllers i feel that will help out a lot if you get sweet palms fast. One thing i don't like is that the combat buttons are in a odd place and its weird to reach for it but ill just have to get use to it. Other then that. Its mainly up to you but i would recommend this.

this controllers is not as good just because the size of it changes thing. but if you have big hand then this is the controller for you. but the prize is kinda off okay.... i guess but i like the normal xbox 360 controller better.

notes: (1-keyboard extension will NOT fit on this controller. 2- it is wired so the wires may come loose, my first COD controller did after a month.) Ok, so I got the controller just to see what the precision aim is all about. It's basically two toggle switches on the bottom of the controller that can be adjusted and set these two buttons on the bottom of the controller to be whatever button you wish (so u can have an x button on top and on bottom). The precision aim only works when these toggles are set to the precision mode. On the left side toggle it sets to Left Precision and vice versa on the right. Well this sounds nice but for me the precision sounds practical if i could switch the sides because when i am sniping (and aiming with the right stick) the right side precision is what you need to use. So i am holding down the precision button, aiming, and waiting to fire all with my right hand. That is just too much work for me and i am a good enough sniper without it.I can see the benefit for someone willing to work at perfecting their technique with it and even for those who like to drop to the prone before they start shooting (the button can be set to b for that)... but for me it just isn't worth it.I gave it a six because it can do everything a normal controller can and more for those who need it.

I have had my controller for a little over a week and I must say I'm impressed. I initially had no intentions of getting this controller in the first place, I had asked my girlfriend to pick me up a wired controller (since wired controllers are optimal for first-person shooters.) She had gotten to Gamestop and saw that and figured since I play COD, Halo etc, she decided that she would get that. When I first saw it I was hesitant because I have not had good luck at all with any madcatz products in the past, but this controller has done nothing but good things for me so far. I'm not too sure about the Combat Button placement, its kinda out of the way and can sometimes make you make simple errors in a clutch situation. But the quick triggers and precision aim is a most definite plus for certain game-types and weapon classes. It works great with Halo REACH: and with COD, along with most other first person shooters. and IT DOES work with a Turtle Beach Headset, I have one and I use it with this controller everyday so don't believe that slander against it. All in all its a solid buy.

This controller is a steal. The controller is now only 40$ bucksss take it while it lasts. It has a great feel to it and when ur playing in the dark the red analoge sticks look great ita a win win situation. You'll never run out of batteris because you don't need them it has never cut out on me, and it has a kool slick look to it. And the coated material that it is made with feels great its soft!!! Well this is a steal situation id get one while you can. If you dont get one im pretty sure that you have your reasons, other then that its a great controller!
