Persona 3 Portable is Perfect in every way it tries to be. The battle system is what really gets me hooked, Traditional RPG elements with a perfect twist of new proportions For those who don't know, a." Persona" is a trait that certain humans in the game have, they allow you to have a monster literally inside of your character! Isn't that cool?! You upgrade that monster by leveling up and having better social links with In-game characters; But the best part is the game reaching it's main-story point. The story is phenomenal! Gamers, Get this game. You'll regret it if you don't!!!
This game was one of my first RPGs and will always be near and dear to me. You can choose to play as either the female or male protagonist. Both are amazing and throughout the game you build special bonds with the other characters to also help make yourself stronger. Lots of amazing twists and many emotions are evoked when playing. This game is great for anyone if you're a beginner on the gaming scene to a person who has been plaiyng games since they could pick up a controller. If you haven't played P3P already I highly suggest it. I could play this game again and again.
There are not many games that I log in over 200 hours. This is one of them. I have played most of the mega ten releases and this one is by far my favorite. The storyline is immersive. The relationships that you build throughout the game add to the aura. I have p3, fes and this one and this one is the best version yet. In my collection of atlus titles, this sits at the top.

The characters and story was whoa it had me surprised at certain parts. and i loved the experience of highschool all over again...well to experience a japanese one. The translations were very good. And the lectures the teachers gave were informative. i learned some things i never knew. Not to mention the monsters and battle system were suppppeerrrr fun. The diff personas. And the Velvet room was indeed epic for me. Great Game, thanks atlus
