I got this game thinking it would be the same as ps3 but no. The Graphics suck so bad the gameplay stinks and the loading screen takes about a hour. SO if u want to buy this game dont get it for handheld.
Most portable versions of lego games have been not the best , This one is decent , fair . It's similar enough if your desperate , but the money is better spent on the genuine title . The platformed ones were better but none the less the game lego starwars III the clone wars wasn't all much better for the platformed systems but for sure better than handheld in general . The PSP one though was pretty good due to the joystick rather than the DS's buttons . The 3DS one though I've got nothing on , joystick , decent graphics , you know , the works , so the 3DS one pretty much has it made . But overall the PSP title was fair game , I'd more recommend the complete saga than clone wars and for platformed systems .
I got this game about a week ago, and as a (sort of) new psp owner, i was astounded by how much better the graphics were than the bad ds versions (hint: if u want a good portable get a psp!!!!!) but then i noticed (and people who have seen the clone wars will too) that the first few chapters do NOT follow the story well. It was worth 20 bucks just because im a star wars NERD and the only lego game i dont play or own is batman and harry potter. Anyways, It gets better as you progress more into the game, but for hardcore gamers get republic heroes. Lego Star wars 3 is a little cooler than the past ones, but it's definetly for casual and beginner gamers.
This game is a good once you pick it up you can't put it down. It is a very addicting game. The graphics aren't the best but it isn't a big deal because it is only a hand held game. Over all good game.
