Get in black, but its good

I would perfer to get this in black. Its a great controller and feels like a Dualshock 3, but much more comfortable. I can't say for sure, but it seems to drain battery pretty fast so a remote charger is always a good idea. Its the same thing as the black version, but the white gets dirty VERY quickly and never goes back to the way it was. It is very good for games like Call of Duty.

If I could write a review with just one word, it would be: AWESOME. This thing has a great design, great functionality, and it is perfect for those who want a more typical approach to their Wii games. Three things it's great for: shooting games, racing games, and sports games. This thing works for about every game on the Virtual Console. That's great, because I love this thing. It also works with some modern games, such as Mario Kart Wii and Conduit 2. However, there is one setback: it gets dirty. I found this out on the first day I had it. We had just finished eating spaghetti and well... you can guess what happened. Left analogue stick was orange, and the rubbery stuff on there makes stains IMPOSSIBLE to get off. I t did go away a fraction so that it is just yellow, but still. Also, fingerprints are very obvious on this thing. Thankfully, those come off easily. I got my friend a black one, which doesn't stain, but fingerprints are even more obvious. I also had one other problem. While I'm playing Mario Kart 64 from the VC (which I highly recommend downloading) the A button stopped working for about 2 seconds. It hasn't happened often, but it might be that if you hold it down for several minutes it will momentarily stop working. It's not a huge problem. I would say buy the black one, but this one is awesome too and it works well. Cheerio!

Bought this controller to play virtual console games and i got to say it is very comfortable and makes playing game more enjoyable to the old school gamer. The only downside to the white version is that it gets dirty kinda fast and when you clean it never returns to it's original color.
