The Nintendo Wii is the perfect console for me. I am not a "hard core gamer" so I skipped over the Xbox 360 and PS3. This system is perfect for people who like dance games and fitness games (Wii Fit and EA Sports Active 2.0). I got this game console specifically to play dance games, Wii sports games and fitness games. Good purchase.

It's good for those who are looking for cheap family fun. One thing I will say is the wii remote is only as responsive as it can be if the wii remote sees the laser sensor that is usually on your tv. When you want to send a message to somebody it pulls up a keyboard that's hard to use, do to the fact that you use your wii remote to try to aim it at the keys. If you play a game disc enough on the wii, there will be these strange swivel marks on the back of the disc. The wii is definetly not made for shooters. As when you try to aim, the wii remote and the 3d model holding your specific weapon you have on him, wobbles all over the place, making it hard to aim. It's good for every other genre type of game as long as it doesn't include aiming a wii remote to shoot something. The lineup of exclusives for this console is really large, but not as large as the ps3,but again there are enough exclusive games for this console that you'll still enjoy playing a wii. The console only supports a 480p level of gaming so far. The wii also comes with two games to get youstarted unlike most other consoles. It's graphics are close to a xbox 360 but not close to the ps3.

love it so awesome i bought one after begging my parents for some money works like a charm one of the things i llike about it is it has alot of awseome games for it and un like the xbox there not all bloody and gore couldnt be more happier with my wii were best friends!!! =^.^= :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
